Let’s do lunch
Wolfgang Puck and Rosewood Harold the return of the leisurely midday meal at Cut DC
While April showers may bring flowers, the storms outside also encourage lingering around a table. And, CUT DC is ready to host. Starting this month, Rosewood, Washington DC opens their bar and lounge area for a leisurely, luxe lunch of dry-aged ribeyes, braised-beef bolognese and a fish of the day plated with seasonal vegetables. Paired with a glass of cab, a side of fries, and a slice of Basque-style cheesecake, CUT remains an escape from whatever the rest of the day may bring.
But lunch isn’t the only new way to enjoy Rosewood, the Georgetown hotel tucked away in one of D.C.’s most storied neighborhoods, and celebrated for its understated luxury, residential charm, and unparalleled attention to detail. CUT also recently launched a weekend afternoon tea service with a delightful assortment of sandwiches, scones and pastries, plus a new brunch menu on both Saturdays and Sundays. It’s time to get reacquainted with CUT.
